Privacy policy
Short version: this site has no accounts, no login and no newsletter. We do not ask you for your name, your email or your payment details, and we could not sell your data if we wanted to, because we do not hold it.
Who is responsible
Evolure Select is published by Andressa Mariano Silva, an independent publisher based in Brazil. For any question about this policy or about your data, write to hello@evolureselect.com.
What we do not collect
- We do not ask you to create an account. There is none.
- We do not run a newsletter and we do not collect email addresses.
- We never handle payment data. Purchases happen entirely on the seller's site and their payment processor. Your card details never touch this site.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Not to anyone, for any price.
What is collected
1. Standard server records
Our hosting provider records the ordinary technical information every web server records: IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. This exists to serve the page and to keep the site secure. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
2. Advertising and analytics
This site is promoted through paid search advertising. When that is running, pages reached from an ad may carry measurement tags from Google, which use cookies or similar technology to tell us that a visit happened and whether it led to a purchase. This tells us how many people acted, not who you are.
Google processes that data as an independent controller under its own terms. You can read how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can control personalised advertising at myadcenter.google.com.
3. Affiliate tracking
When you click an affiliate link, the seller's affiliate platform, ClickBank, sets a cookie in your browser so it knows the visit came from us if you later buy. We receive a commission and a record that a sale happened. We do not receive your name, your address, your email or your payment details. ClickBank's own privacy policy governs that cookie.
4. If you email us
If you write to us, we hold your message and your address for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not add you to any list.
Cookies and how to refuse them
Cookies strictly necessary to serve the page are always active. Advertising and analytics cookies are optional, and where the law requires consent you will be asked before any of them are set. You can refuse and the site works exactly the same.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
Your rights
Under Brazilian law (LGPD, Lei 13.709/2018) and, if you are in Europe, under the GDPR, you can ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to tell you who it was shared with, and to withdraw consent you previously gave.
Write to hello@evolureselect.com. We answer within 15 days. There is no charge. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to your data protection authority, which in Brazil is the ANPD.
Children
This site is written for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
When you follow a link away from this site, you are on someone else's property and their privacy policy applies, not ours. We have no control over what they collect.
Changes
If this policy changes we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
